MEET THE founders

With a background in PR and Journalism, I’ve always been drawn to the power of communication and storytelling- skills that have become the foundation of my career. I’ve combined strategic thinking with a hands-on, creative approach, allowing me to connect authentically with clients and deliver experiences that feel personal, thoughtful, and seamless. That passion for detail and meaningful engagement naturally led to the creation of WhiteMist.

With years of experience in the events and luxury concierge industry, particularly working with UHNW clients, I’ve built an extensive and trusted network. My previous roles as Concierge Manager and VIP Manager provided invaluable insight into the high-touch world of luxury service. During that time, I set multiple company records- including the most concierge enquiries ever handled in a single month (totalling £1.6 million in value), the fastest response rate, and the highest volume of high-value enquiries recorded since the company’s founding in 1989.

Whether I’m curating bespoke experiences or navigating complex requests, my focus is always on exceeding expectations. With a strong eye for detail, a solutions-led mindset, and a deep commitment to excellence, I’m proud to be redefining what exceptional service looks like in the luxury concierge space.

With a background in Marketing and Communications from The American International University of Richmond, I’ve always been passionate about the luxury lifestyle space—whether through brand storytelling, high-end events, or curating unforgettable experiences.

My career really started to take shape when I joined the membership team at one of Chelsea’s most prestigious private members’ clubs. It was there that I built trusted relationships with UHNW individuals and truly immersed myself in the world of luxury service. That experience, combined with my deep-rooted connections within Chelsea’s elite circles, inspired me to carve out my own path in the concierge world—one that felt aligned with both my network and my strengths.

Over the past six years, I’ve worked across marketing, events, and within the influencer and TV space—including my time on Made in Chelsea, which gave me a front-row seat to the lifestyle, expectations, and standards of one of London’s most iconic luxury districts. It’s a world I know well—and one I’ve always felt at home in.

Now, bringing together my industry knowledge, creative flair, and a genuine love for working with people, I focus on delivering highly personalised, seamless experiences for clients who expect the very best.
